REPA aggregates data from four leading property data providers: ATTOM Data Solutions, CoreLogic, First American DataTree, and Estated. Each provider offers unique data coverage, and REPA lets you query all of them simultaneously for the most complete picture.
How do search credits work?
Each property search uses one credit. Credits are included with your monthly plan and can also be purchased à la carte. Unused credits roll over for one billing cycle. Different report types (basic search, full valuation, lien report) may use different credit amounts.
