3. Data Providers

Property data is sourced from ATTOM Data Solutions, CoreLogic, First American DataTree, and Estated. Your search queries are transmitted to these providers to retrieve property information. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including Azure Key Vault for secrets management, encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), encrypted data at rest, and role-based access controls. Our infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure with SOC 2 compliant practices.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Search history and reports are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@acidni.net.
